Rup Koirala – Co-Founder & Community Support Professional

Rup Koirala is a dedicated community services professional with extensive experience in
counselling, social work, disability support, teaching, interpreting and project coordination across
Australia and internationally.

Since settling in Tasmania in 2010, Rup has worked with leading organisations including Multicap
Tasmania, Anglicare, Community Care Tasmania and the Red Cross. He is also an accredited
interpreter for government departments and holds qualifications in community and disability
services.

In 2021, Rup co-founded Innovative Care Tasmania Pty Ltd, driven by a passion for inclusion,
dignity and high-quality support. Rup is known for his empathy, reliability and leadership and
continues to make a positive impact by empowering individuals and strengthening communities.
