Rup Koirala has been working as a counsellor, social worker, disability support worker, teacher, trainer, interpreter and a project coordinator both in Australia and overseas.

Mr Khadga Thapa has a range of personal and work experiences which he brings to this organisation. He has an intense passion for working with vulnerable people and a great enthusiasm to reflect his experiences to the Tasmanian community.
